ELECTRONIC VOICE PHENOMENA (EVP)

  "OLD JAIL" ST. AUGUSTINE, FL.

 

We did a private investigation of the "Old Jail" in St. Augustine Florida in January 2008. In attendance were myself, investigators Mandy and Mark, case researcher Stephanie and photographer Shannon. It was a great case with evidence in photo, audio and video. Stephanie encountered her first full body apparition while taking pictures of one of the cells in the form of a bald inmate wearing old fashioned striped prison garb. He was crouched down at Steph's feet as the flash went off she saw him wearing a most eerie smile as if wanting to scare her.....it did.
 

00:02 - "Hang at the neck"

00:04 - "Hate someone"

00:02 - (heavy sigh in empty room)

00:02 "Hey" (whispered)

00:01 - "I said c'mere...bring me...the key

00:01 - "I'm back"

00:01 - "Somebody....let her out"

00:00 - "must hate it here"

00:01 - "somethin freaked her out" (Referring to investigator Stephanie's encounter)

00:02 - "Sorry" (taken right after Stephanie described how frightened she was after encounter)

00:00 - "They left.......good night....oh yeah" (Taken as we were breaking down equipment)

00:01 - "We were only eight" (referring to the eight legal hangings at the jail?)

00:04 - "Yes!!"

00:01 - "You're white" (captured on the black prisoners level of the jail)
